2 Things That Helped Richard Branson Succeed

Delegate Like Richard Branson If You Want to Grow

If you want to grow,

“Delegate your work” and “Trust your team” like Richard Branson.

Richard Branson is a legend of success.

You and I both know that he was a dyslexic and he had no business family background.

But today, his net worth is 2.9 Billion USD. 🤩

He also was one of the most adventurous entrepreneurs of the entire history to me. He took a balloon and went around the world while doing his business.

I mean, who else has the guts to do that? 😆

How did he do that?

💡 He delegated his work and authority.

🤝 He trusted his team who made the balloon, who took care of his business until he was back.

Did he go down? 🤔

Oh no!

He grew even bigger businesses. (He is amazing, isn’t he? 🙂)

Delegating our work, trusting others gives us time to be free. We can use such free time to think, read and learn new things. Anyone who can do this will easily become innovative, creative, productive and gradually succeed in life.

(It’s not just me who says it, but successful creators like Matt Gray and Ali Abdaal too).

It also gives our team members the feeling that they are being valued to be given such serious responsibility and authority.

So, become innovative and productive by delegating your work and trusting your team.

If you like to know more about Richard Branson and how he grew his business, read his book “Losing my virginity”. This is the first business related book I have read and even 10 years later, it’s still my favourite book. 🙂
