5 Low Cost Strategies to “Double” Your Sales with Examples

1. Influencer Marketing

Requesting other creators to post about your business with a product you sell.

Mark Cuban recommends this strategy for his startups to get sales and grow quickly and easily.

Affiliations also come under this.

There are platforms that you can add about your business.

The influencers who are into your business category will add your links in their YouTube videos or in other social media.

When viewers buy from you via that link, the influencer gets a commission and you get a sale and a new customer.

3. Becoming a Creator/ Influencer

Post about your target customer’s problems and share infographics with valuable information on social media where your customer hangs out.

Then people re-share your posts with others and on their social media profiles. As a result, you build your own personal brand together with businesses.

This is tough and time consuming, but very effective in the long run.

The secret to win in this is, consistency (Ya! Don’t give up!) and adapting new strategies from large creators in your own niche.

Also, focus on 1-2 network at a time (Eg: LinkedIn and Twitter/ X until you build at least 5000 followers).

4. Lead Magnets

Offer something valuable for free and collect people’s email addresses.

Many creators do this. They offer a guide book and those who wants to get it will submit their email address and the guide book will be emailed to that person.

This is a great strategy. But again you need to keep on promoting your brand and your lead magnets. 

5. Social Media Ads

I never knew this strategy still works! 😱

Simply run Facebook, Instagram ads.

This is very underrated, but very cost effective, because the “Cost per customer/ lead” is very low.

Many large creators have grown their newsletter subscribers using this strategy.
